The Etna Rotante Control is a gas-powered outdoor pizza oven with a power output of 7.1 kW and a gas consumption of 549 g/h. The oven features four burners, including an additional booster flame under the pizza stone, as well as a three-part U-shaped main burner for precise temperature control at both low and high cooking levels. Two highly accurate sensors, consisting of an infrared and an ambient sensor, are controlled by an intelligent algorithm to ensure consistent baking results. The rotating pizza stone provides constant heat across the entire surface without the need for manual turning. Six supported pizza modes with automatic temperature and time settings, along with a manual mode, allow for flexible adjustments. A 4.3-inch TFT touchscreen with blublaze ignition integrates the controls into a compact 13-inch format for pizzas up to 33 cm. The preheating time is 15 minutes, and the baking time for pizza is between 60 and 90 seconds.
