WITT eGnite is an electric pizza oven with intelligent temperature monitoring for indoor and outdoor use. The oven features two built-in sensors to monitor ambient temperature and stone temperature, ensuring stable and consistent baking results. The top-mounted carbon heating technology with a power of 2400 watts allows for quick heating, reaching temperatures of up to 400 °C in 11 minutes. Selected pizza varieties are ready to bake in just 9 minutes. The compact design is intended for use on kitchen countertops and is suitable for kitchens, terraces, or balconies. Operation is via a responsive touch interface with 6 preset pizza modes and additional manual control. The electric pizza oven is protected against splashes with an IPX4 rating and features insulation to ensure consistent power output.
