External hard drive with 2 TB The My Passport Ultra hard drive comes in a modern, metallic design, which fits perfectly into the professional everyday life. The external hard drive offers a large amount of memory in a small format. It runs a fast USB 3.0 port and is ready to use thanks to Plug & Play.
No data loss thanks to automated data backup With the included WD backup software you will never lose your photos again. Simply set up an automatic backup and all your system's data will be kept on your My Passport Ultra on a regular basis. All you have to do is select when and how often your data should be backed up.
Import and backup cloud files The included WD Discovery Software supports numerous services like Facebook, Instagram, Dropbox and Google Drive. Easily import your photos, videos and documents to My Passport Ultra, protecting your online files on reliable hardware.
Security through hardware encryption The built-in 256-bit AES hardware encryption ensures optimal data protection. The security settings can be additionally configured with the WD Security Software. Activate the password protection and create a personal password. You can even add a "To" message in the password input field in case your hard drive is lost.
The 1 TB version is only available in silver.
