The Uphill Hip Pack 2 is produced in a climate-friendly way by using recycled materials: A certified mass balance process is used for the siliconized main material. In this process, pyrolysis oil is obtained from used tires, which is fed to conventional polyamide production. Chemical recycling saves up to 60% CO2. In addition, this product is climate-neutral: Emissions from materials, the manufacturing process and shipping were determined holistically and systematically reduced.
