The EDID Emulator is plugged into the output of the graphics card instead of connecting it to the desired monitor. The graphics card does not notice this - it retains the selected settings (resolution, frequency). When the monitor is reconnected later, the correct image appears immediately. This is particularly important when using KVM switches.
- Works with any graphics card that has an HDMI output
- Acts towards the card just like a real monitor
- Up to 4K resolution can be simulated, 3840x2160@60Hz
- HDCP compliant
- Compact design, small size
- Plug & Play
- Hot Plug
- No drivers, no configuration required
