Now you can also use the BACKMEISTER® to make jam and pasta dough. And exactly for every taste ? whether pumpkin seed bread special cross (degree of browning and bread size selectable), whether jam with the fruits of the season or pasta with special spices.

With 16 programs for bread dough up to 1,000 g, for jam/preserve and for pasta dough, preparation in the ceramic-coated baking tin is indeed masterly. All programs are also suitable for gluten-free bread. Numerous functions make making bread, jam and pasta child's play: keep warm function for up to 60 minutes, LCD display, large viewing window and pause function. Measuring jug, hooked spit and delicious recipes are included.

The BACKMEISTER® Edel bakes 750 or 1,000 grams of bread (also gluten-free). In addition to 14 stored bread programs and 2 individual programs, there is also a program each for jam/preserve and pasta dough!

The baking pan and mixer are easy to clean thanks to the Whitford ceramic coating. Program, degree of browning and bread size are selected via LCD display. Keep warm function for up to approx. 60 minutes. The baking process can be timed for up to 15 hours. The pause function interrupts the baking process.
