Description

The Red Line slicers have an integrated sharpening unit for correct sharpening of the blade. Positioning is done by hand, simply by lifting and turning the sharpening unit. The carriage can be removed for cleaning with a simple lever movement. When the carriage is removed, the slicer is automatically locked by a CE safety device. When the carriage is reinserted, the lever is released and the machine is ready for use again. The blade guard can be removed quickly and easily.
