The powerful AX1800 Dual Band Wi-Fi 6 PoE+ Access Point from TRENDnet, model TEW-921DAP, features two simultaneous Wi-Fi frequencies to maximize the network speed of devices equipped with the latest Wi-Fi 6 technology. The two separate Wi-Fi 6 high-speed frequencies provide speeds of up to 1201Mbps on the 5GHz frequency and 567Mbps on the 2.4GHz frequency. By increasing QAM to 1024-QAM, data can flow through a much wider "pipeline" than with previous Wi-Fi technologies. With OFDMA (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access), the number of clients that can connect to this Wi-Fi 6 Access Point increases. OFDMA efficiently manages traffic in congested areas by splitting channel frequencies into different subcarriers. The MU-MIMO technology processes multiple data streams simultaneously, thereby enhancing the real-time Wi-Fi performance of the Wi-Fi 6 AP when multiple devices access the network.

The TEW-921DAP Wi-Fi 6 Access Point offers advanced access control, QoS, traffic management, band steering, and captive portal support.
