The DWE-200 Diamond Wheel Extra Fine is a replacement grinding wheel for the Tormek T-2 Pro Kitchen Knife Sharpener. This diamond grinding wheel allows you to sharpen knife blades made from a wide variety of materials, such as steel, carbide and ceramic. After sharpening, the bevel on the PW-160 conical composite honing wheel should be deburred and polished.

The extra-fine diamond grinding wheel has a grit size of 1200 and is optimized for maximum sharpness and the finest surfaces. Your finest knives get the treatment they deserve.

The DWE-200 Diamond Wheel Extra Fine is a grinding wheel that can be used to achieve really fine surfaces. We therefore recommend that you first grind with the DWF-200 Diamond Wheel Fine or DWC-200 Diamond Wheel Coarse to shape the grinding bevel. After sharpening, the cutting edge is deburred and polished on the PW-160 conical composite honing wheel.
