Tilta Nucleus Nano II, Control Handle Kit

This kit consists of the Nucleus Nano II, the Control Handle, and the corresponding accessories.

Nucleus Nano II
Nucleus Nano II, the Wireless Lens Control System, is the ultimate tool for filmmakers seeking precise control over their lenses. Enhance your filmmaking experience with the Nucleus Nano II and benefit from precise control, an intuitive user interface, and unmatched compatibility.

The advanced and improved handwheel allows control of two focus motors via a compact controller. With the main dial, the user can adjust the focus, while the new Control Rocker effortlessly manages zoom or aperture functions through a dampened rocker that is perfect for zooming.

The Nano II is compatible with DJI RS2, RS3 Pro, DJI Focus Motors, Nucleus M, and the previous generation of the Nucleus Nano, ensuring a smooth workflow for users already working with earlier versions of the Nucleus Ecosystem.

With the Nano II, you can wirelessly adjust camera settings via WiFi, Bluetooth, and the USB-C port of the motor for compatible camera systems such as Canon, Sony, Black Magic Design, and more. (Please note that the current firmware supports all controls for BMPCC 4K, 6K, 6K Pro, and partially for Sony FX3, A7S3, A7R5, ZV-E1, ZV-E10, and Canon R7 for settings like Run/Stop, Shutter Speed, ISO, and Iris. Run Stop is currently supported for all the above camera systems as well as for Sony A7C, A7M4, A7R3, Canon R6M1, Panasonic S1H, GH6, and S5M2 via an optional Advanced Side Handle Run/Stop Cable.)
More camera systems will be made compatible in future firmware updates.

Important: Some of the features listed above are not fully functional in the current firmware.
Features such as DJI Ronin/DJI Focus Motor compatibility, Lens Mapping, and other functions are currently unavailable and will be implemented with future firmware updates.
The camera control function is currently only compatible with selected cameras.

Control Handle
Experience unparalleled flexibility; with the Nano II, up to 4 motors for focus, iris, zoom, and Mirage VND can be controlled via this handle and handwheel.

The handle features a focus wheel on the front, allowing control of both motors in the Nucleus series and even the DJI focus motor (optional Wireless Receiver Module required). The Wireless Receiver Module (not included) can also be used to connect the handle to the DJI RS2 or RS3 Pro and control it wirelessly.
The handle can be used independently of the Nano II handwheel and can control two motors in the Nucleus series via the focus wheel and joystick when no gimbal is being controlled. The grip is powered by an NP-F 550/570 battery and can supply power to the Nucleus Nano II handwheel.

The handle features a 1/4"-20 thread with mounting points that are perfect for attaching the Tilta Right Angle Rosette Adapter, making it easy to integrate this handle into a shoulder rig setup.
Additionally, there is a Cold Shoe connection on the top of the handle that can be used with Tilta Cold Shoe Brackets for external monitors, creating the perfect station for pulling focus in conjunction with the handwheel.

Important: The NATO mount is only suitable for the Nano II handwheel. Do not attach any other accessories to this NATO mount, as there is a risk of damaging the contact pins.
It is recommended to use only Sony NP-F batteries. Compatibility with other brands cannot be guaranteed.
