Tilta Camera Cage for Canon C50 Base Kit

The foundation of this kit is the complete camera cage, designed to provide additional protection for the Canon C50 camera body and to allow users to build upon it to support numerous video-oriented accessories.

Three contact points ensure a secure connection and help maintain the stability of the cage in high-intensity and dynamic shooting environments, while its modular design allows users to easily convert the unit into a half cage for smaller and lighter setups.

The Arca Bottom Plate enables multiple configurations and quick transitions between support systems like tripods and gimbals.

3/8”-16 and 1/4”-20 threads on the side arms facilitate vertical shots, while positioning points prevent accessories from twisting even when using a single 1/4”-20.

Separate cable clamps for USB-C and HDMI can be tightened by hand and significantly improve cable security.

The removable top plate supports the original XLR top handle, while the included top handle extension adds a cold shoe receiver and a NATO rail.

Also included in this kit is the Xeno side handle, which features a 1/4″-20 connection and is compatible with both sides of the cage.

It has an adjustable height setting of 40mm and offers a textured grip with non-slip silicone, ensuring improved comfort during handheld shooting over extended periods.

This handle also provides additional mounting options via its cold shoe receiver as well as a 1/4″-20 thread with positioning points.
