To make the display of the Tigerbox TOUCH resistant to scratches, drops, and resulting damage, as well as compatible with disinfectants, we have decided to develop a display protection accessory for the Tigerbox TOUCH in collaboration with one of the leading manufacturers in Germany. The high-quality 0.23 mm thick display protection made from OnScreen® hybrid glass is produced in Germany according to DIN ISO 9001 and ensures that touchscreens are not damaged by the routine use of (highly) effective disinfectants and cleaning agents. Additionally, the OnScreen® hybrid glass is saliva-resistant and effectively protects the display of the Tigerbox TOUCH against scratches and drops. IMPORTANT: This is NOT a "cheap" protective film; we deliberately chose this high-end product over a more affordable film. Advantages of OnScreen® hybrid glass: OnScreen® hybrid glass is an extremely durable flexible composite of glass and special polymer, combining the flexibility of a film with the hard surface of glass. The hard surface of 7H according to ISO 15184 guarantees efficient scratch protection for sensitive displays and surfaces. Resistant to Disinfection: The OnScreen® hybrid glass is resistant to many common disinfectants, perfectly protecting the touchscreen display of the Tigerbox TOUCH from aggressive disinfectants. No more worries about the display despite disinfection during this tense Corona crisis. Scratch-resistant: Touch surfaces are effectively protected from scratches and other damage by the hybrid glass. In our opinion, OnScreen® hybrid glass is the perfect scratch protection and superior to fragile tempered glass. Protection against Display Breakage: The additional 0.23 mm thick layer of OnScreen® hybrid glass provides an effective barrier against sharp stones, edges, etc. This significantly reduces the risk of display breakage or cracks. Flexible & Replaceable: OnScreen® hybrid glass is the perfect combination of the properties of transparent glass and the flexibility of a plastic film. The result is a very flexible, bendable, and transparent surface protection that has a glass-hard surface yet is elastic enough not to shatter like glass. Temperature Range -30 °C to +140 °C: OnScreen® hybrid glass is very temperature-resistant. Tests have shown that the flexible and glass-hard display protection material remains stable in a temperature range of -30 °C to +140 °C. Residue-free Removal: Equipped with a thin silicone layer, the OnScreen® hybrid glass adheres perfectly to all smooth surfaces made of plastic, glass, or metal without leaving any residue upon later removal.
