The Thule Aion 40-L backpack has a removable roll-top pocket. Its maximum capacity is still in the carry-on range, making it perfect for air travel. The removable roll-top pocket of the backpack is equipped with TPU lining that protects the rest of the luggage from odors, moisture and dirt. It is also easy to clean and ideal for storing sports equipment and dirty laundry. The carry-on luggage also has special areas for storing electronic devices and a water bottle pocket. The Thule Aion Sling (sold separately) can be used with this travel backpack as a hip belt for better weight distribution and quick access to essential items.

The outer material, lining and mesh are made from 100% recycled materials. The bag's rugged and durable waxed canvas fabric develops even more character with age and features a water-repellent coating that is free of toxic PFCs.
