The Digitradio 3 IR is a DAB + digital radio that impresses with its elegant design. You can enjoy the nationwide and regional variety of radio programs via DAB +. Internet radio stations can also be received via WLAN and FM programs. The device is operated using the simple rotary control, the remote control included in the scope of delivery or the TechniSat Connect app on the smartphone. The DIGITRADIO 3 IR receives audio streams from smartphones via Bluetooth and can play music and radio plays stored there as well as the content of music streaming services. MP3 files can also be played from a connected USB data carrier. Thanks to the resume function, the CD player continues to play CDs where they were last stopped. In addition, the DIGITRADIO 3 IR has two 10 watt speakers from the sound specialist ELAC and a 2.8 inch color display.

The optimized arrangement of the two speakers ensures a perfect stereo impression. DAB + digital radio is noise-free radio with extremely robust reception. DAB + counters the regionally limited FM program offer with many nationally broadcast radio programs in the best digital quality. There are also numerous regionally broadcast stations.

Listen up and down your CD collection.
You can listen to your entire CD collection on the integrated CD player. The CD player supports classic audio CDs as well as CD-R and CD-RW formats. You can also play MP3 CDs.

Via Bluetooth audio streaming, you can transfer music from your smartphone, tablet or PC without a cable connection and in top quality to the device.

TechniSat CONNECT
TechniSat CONNECT is the app that for the first time enables the uniform control of a large number of smart functions from a central app. The app can be individually adapted to your requirements with various application modules. CONNECT is available for iOS and Android mobile devices.

Listen to the radio in the classic way.
Receive classic FM radio stations in your reception area. RDS (Radio Data System) also provides you with extended program information and alternative additional frequencies to the FM radio station you are listening to.

Alarm clock / sleep timer
This device has a practical sleep timer with numerous adjustable switching times. So you can end the evening comfortably without having to worry about switching off. The integrated radio alarm function will wake you up to your favorite program if you wish.
