The EXFIL® SAR Tactical search and rescue helmet is the tactical big brother of the EXFIL® SAR Backcountry and is specifically designed to mount tactical accessories such as night vision devices. The EXFIL® SAR series includes a range of specially designed search and rescue helmets that offer tactical accessory mounting options, including a machined aluminum Wilcox® NVG cover. The helmet is compatible with numerous EXFIL® accessories and also comes with two Magpul® MOE® picatinny style rails and associated mounting hardware.

Because the performance standards for the tactical industry are particularly high and every detail counts, special emphasis was also placed on the retention system. The EXFIL® SAR Tactical features a 4-point CAM FIT™ retention system with chin cup for optimum stability, which is supplemented by a Boa® Fit System; thanks to the latter, the fit can be precisely and individually adjusted and the helmet can also be opened and released with one hand.

The EXFIL® SAR Tactical helmet is equipped with two ventilation slits so that it is not uncomfortable to wear even in difficult weather conditions. The helmet is padded with a combination of Polystyrene Impact Liner and the proven Zorbium® Foam Comfort, which is applied in pads of two different thicknesses.
