With the new kitchen helper series, STAUB completes its kitchen range. The design is ergonomic, functional, and beautiful, making the utensils a harmonious addition to other STAUB products in the kitchen and on the table. The slotted spoon is the perfect tool for lifting dumplings or vegetables from a pot, retrieving boiled eggs from water, or taking fries out of a fryer. The holes allow all the liquid to flow back into the pot or pan. It is also well-suited for skimming fat from a broth or soup - which works even better when the broth has cooled and the fat has solidified. The handle is long and made of acacia wood, while the main part of the slotted spoon is made of black, matte silicone. This high-quality material is suitable for all surfaces, including non-stick coatings, extremely durable, and heat-resistant up to 220°C.
