SodaStream recommends that the plastic bottles be rinsed with lukewarm water after each use. If they have not been used for several days, they should be cleaned more thoroughly and then dried down with the opening. For a particularly thorough and hygienic cleaning, the SodaStream cleaning tablets, which are produced according to the latest methods absolutely free from toxic and phosphate. The cleansing with the tabs is also completely neutral.

Empty the bottle, rinse it and then fill it with two-thirds of lukewarm water. Then place the cleaning tablet, close the bottle with the lid, and shake it gently until the tablet is completely dissolved. Allow the bottle to stand for about 15 minutes, turn it on the head and allow it to stand for another 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse the bottle twice with clean water.
