The Samyang 20mm T1.9 ED AS UMC is an ultra-wide-angle, manual focus lens for DSLR cameras with full frame sensor size. The flow of light is guided by the unique distance between the glass and the sensor for optimal performance.

The perfect focal length for versatile shooting areas

With its focal length between the ultra-wide 16 mm standard and the wide 24 mm standard, this 20mm lens is ideal for testing wide shooting angles. This applies to both indoor shots, such as concert images and interior photo photography as well as for street photography. The low close focusing distance of just 20 cm also increases the versatility of the lens.

UMC coating and aspherical elements

The UMC coating prevents aberration, stray light and ghosting effects. The lens is equipped with 13 lens elements in 12 groups. The two aspherical lenses and an extra-low-dispersion (ED) element generate optimal light transmission. This gives you a high resolution from the center to the corners of your image.
