The network racks of the ROLINE Basic series have been designed to enable a simple and particularly cost-effective network expansion. Thanks to strategically placed cable entry points, effortless installation is guaranteed depending on the application. The cable entry is located in the bottom chassis, protected by a screwed cover plate and positioned in the rear central area. For racks starting from 800 mm in width, additional cable entry points with plastic covers are added on the left and right. These are also integrated into the roof (once for 600 mm rack width, three times for 800 mm rack width). For the installation of a fan module, the roof chassis is also equipped with a punched-out area. Inside, there are two pairs of galvanized 19" profile rails that are readable in both directions and adjustable in depth. They are also connected to the rack with additional depth struts. Each rack consists of a robust steel construction with a material thickness of up to 1.5 mm steel sheet.

The color is applied using electrostatic powder coating in the standard colors gray (RAL 7035) and black (RAL 9005). Removable side and rear panels, as well as a lockable and removable front door, improve accessibility. A change of the door hinge is possible. Additionally, the racks can be completely disassembled if needed due to their modular construction.
