The surface features a robust honeycomb pattern and has a mineral-based non-stick coating that reduces food sticking and makes cleaning easier. The natural quartz coating is free from PTFE and PFAS, supporting an environmentally and health-friendly cooking process. It is suitable for all common types of stoves, including electric, ceramic, gas, induction, as well as for use in the oven. Hand washing is recommended to maintain the coating over time.
