Rode's VideoMicro is a compact condenser microphone designed for use in combination with cameras. No batteries are needed for the operation and the connection with the camera is uncomplicated via the connection cable SC2. The compact and lightweight design as well as the simple attachment by means of integrated standard hot shoe adapter also ensure uncomplicated handling.

Live recordings inside and outside

The cardioid condenser microphone picks up the sound from the front, so no annoying background noise is recorded. It is therefore ideal for recording live concerts and stage performances of all kinds. The structure-borne sound decoupling by Rycote-Lyre always ensures clear audio recordings. For outdoor shots, the sound quality can be improved even further with the optional Deluxe Fur Shield WS9.
