For standard brushes and inserts up to 4" or 102 mm. Supporting construction made of aluminum side parts with spindled bearing fits enables low-vibration and very quiet operation.

With long, ball-bearing mounted main shaft (distance from disc to disc approx. 360 mm) and adjustable protective hoods for clean working with polishing pastes. The right-hand polishing mandrel is screwed on and can be removed for use with various accessories.

Powerful drive by DC motor with speed control (full-shaft electronics). For high tightening torque and enormous pulling power even with high contact pressure.

For screw fastening, but also for horizontal and vertical fastening using the corresponding screw clamp.

The original equipment includes: 1 each hard and soft cloth polishing buff (100 x 15 mm) and 1 x universal polishing bar (80 g).

Note:
Shaft drive via toothed belt: The motor no longer obstructs the working area. The slim housing around the main shaft makes it possible to work on the surface of very long and differently shaped workpieces.
