Pressing in, pressing out, riveting, embossing, edging, bending of wires and sheet metal. Driving and beading of soft-tough materials.

With 5 cylindrical punches (surface-hardened), which are fixed in the rack by means of a knurled screw: Ø 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 and 8 mm. Plus one hemispherical profile Ø 3 and one Ø 9 mm and a 90° bending prism for bending sheet metal angles. The counterpart is an easily adjustable, hardened turret plate with all the necessary holes and dies for the above-mentioned punches. Pressing force approx. 1,000 N (100 kg). Maximum stroke of the rack with inserted punch 65 mm, over turret plate 50 mm. Solid steel arm with 120 mm projection. Ground steel base plate, 80 x 190 mm with one 8 mm center hole and two mounting holes. Weight approx. 2,800 g.
