Solid main housing made of ribbed die-cast aluminum (no tubular steel or sheet metal construction).

Double ball bearing mounted aluminum rollers. Sturdy table with flat milled work surface, groove for mitre fence (can be swivelled for mitre cuts up to 45°). Height-adjustable, 3-fold ball-bearing mounted belt guide. With adjustment option for band saw blades of different widths. Low-noise drive with 220 V motor (high-quality, quiet, continuous running) with Optibelt toothed belt. Electronically adjustable band speed for exceptionally clean cuts (no reworking!).

A clear table shows the control range for practically all workpiece materials. The ideal belt thickness for fine work (5 x 0.4 mm) enables curved cuts with tight radii.
