Selected tungsten-vanadium steel quality. Practical and stable design. Shank and milling part made from one piece. Precisely ground teeth and optimum concentricity combined with elasticity. Ideal for freehand work. For working on soft and hard wood, non-ferrous metals and precious metals as well as plastic and plaster. Shanks Ø 2.35 or 3.0 mm. Ideal for finishing, shaping, profiling and grooving. Optimum cutting speeds depend on the diameter of the respective milling cutter and the material to be processed. The larger the milling cutter, the lower the speed must be. The following applies to the material to be processed: soft material high speed, hard material low speed. The exception is plastic. We recommend the use of MICROMOT steel collets for clean and powerful clamping of the milling cutters.
