The patented USelect system allows for precise pre-setting of the grind level. Six grind settings from fine to coarse are available.

The innovative grinding mechanism made of zirconia, a material whose exceptional hardness far surpasses that of steel or conventional ceramics, is characterized not only by complete corrosion resistance but also enables an even finer grind than previous mechanisms.
