The LUMIX S PRO lens has an aperture of F1.4 at a focal length of 50 millimeters, which enables a high degree of free focus and a fantastic bokeh with 11 aperture blades, while a dual focus system combining a linear and a stepper motor and 480Hz control ensure fast and precise autofocus. The lens has a focus clutch mechanism that allows the focus ring to be set between two positions, one with and one without focus distance information. This enables fast AF/MF changes and ensures intuitive operation. Dust, splash and cold-resistant, the lens can be used in difficult weather conditions even at temperatures as low as -10°C.
