Enhance your traditional Kamado experience with the culinary variety of plancha grilling: Our fire plate made of robust, 6 mm thick steel is designed for exceptional heat retention. Discover various cooking options with different temperature zones for dishes that are not possible on a grill grate. For example, you can sear meat pieces in the hot center and then let them gently finish cooking at the edge. The raised edge in the center prevents grease fires. The fire plate is specifically designed for the Icon Grill and can be easily placed on the body of the Icon. Once the lid is removed, grilling can begin immediately.
