The MHW-3BOMBER Cube Coffee Scale Mini Pro 3.0 is the evolution of a proven classic. Building on the Cube 2.0, it offers even more intuitive operation, more stable data performance, and maximum control when brewing. Thanks to the improved solid-liquid detection system and automatic timing, the scale precisely captures pouring and extraction phases. Newly integrated is the live visualization of the flow rate for reproducible results.

Three specialized modes cover every brewing scenario. The manual mode offers full control over time and weight. The smart mode for pour-over automatically detects the infusion, displays the flow rate in real time, and summarizes time, water volume, coffee grounds, and brew ratio after brewing. In the smart mode for espresso, the timer and measurement start from the first drop; after removing the cup, time, liquid weight, and extraction ratio are displayed. The optimized touch logic with anti-interference protection prevents accidental resets when handling the dripper or portafilter.

Smart features complete the handling: thanks to the gravity sensor, the scale automatically turns on and tars immediately when weight is placed on it. The memory function retains the last mode, while key tones can be muted. The sensor measures with 0.1-gram accuracy within a capacity of 0.3 to 2000 grams.

The long-lasting lithium battery features a 2-minute auto-off function and is charged via the included USB-C cable (recommended: 5 V / 1–2 A, no fast chargers; avoid use while charging). Due to its compact size, the scale fits perfectly under common espresso machines. The included food-grade silicone mat protects against heat and shocks, while non-slip silicone feet ensure stable support.
