Description

Brilliant hand-held slicer with finesse: Grate cheese on one side, and truffles, mushrooms, and parmesan on the other.

Gourmet Slicer TARTUFOLO Item No. 54000 curved base comfortable grip hardened, sharpened stainless steel blade stainless steel 18/10 dishwasher safe EAN 40 0664 54000 1 With the curved side facing up, neither truffles nor mushrooms are safe from it. It also effortlessly grates parmesan over your pasta. Turned over, it shines as a cheese hand-slicer. The curved base prevents cheese from sticking to the slicer. The comfortable grip won't slip from your hand, even with hard cheese. A well-thought-out professional slicer, it doesn't get any sharper! Hardened, sharpened stainless steel blade, stainless steel 18/10.
