The Atlas Plus Pasta Machine Set with the Pasta Bike offers a versatile solution for making fresh pasta and other dough products. The machine is made of durable stainless steel and operates with anodized aluminum rollers, which produce three types of pasta: lasagna sheets with adjustable thickness from 0.6 to 4.8 mm, fettuccine at 6 mm, and tagliolini at 1.5 mm. The construction is compatible with the PastaDrive motor as well as twelve additional Marcato pasta attachments, thereby expanding the range of applications to include various dough types such as piadina, Arabic bread, ramen, udon, spring rolls, or sweet dishes like fondant, strudel, and baklava. Cleaning is done dry, as the machine is not waterproof. Removable combs facilitate thorough maintenance. The Pasta Bike complements the set and allows for flexible cutting widths for different types of pasta.
