Creative Video Editing with Bogart SE for Casablanca and Windows PC - Episode 7. A workshop DVD by and with Holger Hendricks, which describes the content as follows:

Slivers:

We start with a camera workshop. Here you will find out what has to be considered during the video recording in order to use Slivers optimally.
With "Slivers", image divisions are always available immediately. In this workshop we create an effect fade in and / or fade out. However, some preliminary work is required for this. For this we need the paint program Akaba HD. (Currently only available for Casablanca-3.)
In this workshop we will use Slivers for the title design. It will appear individual pixels that will then merge into a new final image.
Use PiP Studio 3D Slivers to scale PiP scenes to a full-frame image or vice versa.
Slivers can also be used for a slightly different title design or a change of location or topic. In this workshop we will create a PiP puzzle.
So far we have always used only horizontal or vertical image divisions in Slivers. But there are also ways to use slanted image divisions for effective on-fades or fades. The effect is therefore suitable for title design, as well as in place or time jumps.

Standard Titler:

In this workshop, we first create a multicolored text for our film. Later we will show him with Slivers.

Effect package 5> Image divider:

Even with the image divider effect, we can create PIP combinations and effectively fade them in or out.

chromite:

ChromIt is a Bogart software extension with far-reaching possibilities, which we will take a closer look at in the following workshops. We start with a short overview of the program.
Let's say we want to do a color correction or create a movie look. We will look at how this works with ChromIt in this workshop.
In addition to the color correction, we can also perform a perfect chromakeying with ChromIt. In just one complete edit, we will also adjust both scenes in color.
With the tilt-shift effect, we can create a model world. We achieve this by blurring certain picture elements.

Disk Juggler:

New for Bogart SE for Windows is the add-on product "Disk-Juggler". With the program we can also use on the PC more external hard drives for our video data.

Deshaker:

Again and again it happens that we shot scenes without a tripod. Sometimes it makes us more flexible and faster, and museums often forbid the use of a statute. With the additional program "Deshaker" you can optimize the video scenes well. (3 examples for corresponding settings).

Quadcam 2:

If we record a play, then usually several cameras are used. Even with an interview, the use of multiple cameras makes sense. New is recently the program Quadcam 2. Hereby this possibility of video editing has been made much easier.

Quick Photo:

Maybe you have not filmed during a trip or on vacation, but only created photos. With the additional program "Quick-Photo" we can now quickly create a slideshow. The program is available for Casablanca and Bogart for Windows. Of course, the slideshow can also be part of your video project. In the following workshop we created a new project.

The shown workshops can be reconstructed with Bogart 5-7.

Total running time: 123 minutes

The disc is designed for playback with DVD or BluRay player, as well as in Casablanca with the Media Manager. Also the playback was tested under Win 7 and the Media Player. Other playback options can not be guaranteed.
