Listen up, Bitsy hears everything! This robot perceives sounds through its microphones and reacts to noises. Always differently, depending on which mode it is in.
Click, click – children between the ages of eight and 14 can control this robot with sound! Bitsy can respond in three different ways: It can locate sounds with its sound sensors and chase after the children. Or it can be remotely controlled by noise. And a game of sound tug-of-war is also possible with the little robot. Just click the included sound clicker as fast as possible and see who wins!
Bitsy's innovative design consists of over 100 parts, and the children can assemble it themselves using the illustrated step-by-step instructions. All that's left are a few facial expressions for Bitsy's illuminated giant eye, and the fun begins!
A fun highlight of the KOSMOS experiment kit: Bitsy even moves rhythmically to music – the dance floor is open!
4 EXCITING GAME MODES
Tug-of-war against a robot! In this sound variant of the well-known game, Bitsy runs away on its six legs and must be stopped with sounds! This is just one of the four exciting game modes that this robot has to offer.
To assist, the children have a sound clicker that makes it easy to produce sounds. But they can also test completely different noises and observe whether Bitsy reacts to them. A fun highlight: Turn on the music, and Bitsy starts dancing to the beats!
WITH 2 MOTORS AND 3 MICROPHONES
To ensure that the over 100 parts are assembled correctly, the illustrated instructions guide through the setup step by step.
Especially cool: The movable arms completely disappear into Bitsy's round body when folded in. In addition to the illuminated giant eye with its movable eyelid, the children can give Bitsy a real expression using reusable stickers – sometimes it wanders cheekily, sometimes curiously, on all six legs around the room.
Technical knowledge that is fun!
LIGHT AND SOUND EFFECTS
Click, click – Bitsy is simply controlled by sounds. Through its three sound sensors, it perceives the sounds and reacts: In Follow-Me mode, for example, it tracks the noises, or it can be remotely controlled by them.
But before it comes to life with its movable arms, giant glowing eye, and sound effects, there's a lot of tinkering fun waiting, as children between 8 and 14 years old assemble Bitsy from over 100 parts.
