An extraordinary and particularly beautiful way to tell time: At every full hour, the original song of one of 12 native songbirds rings out - from the blackbird to the nightingale to the oriole.

At dusk, the birds go to "their nest" to sleep: A built-in light sensor automatically turns off the sounds in darkness.

The colorful and detailed illustrations on the dial are by renowned bird illustrators: Kilian Mullarney (Ireland) and Dan Zetterström (Sweden).
