KS Rage-i 2.0 Vario Seatpost – More Travel, More Control, More Service Friendliness

The KS Rage-i 2.0 builds on the proven Rage platform and has been specifically enhanced. With adjustable extension speed, optimized installation height, and an improved service concept, it offers a reliable and powerful solution for trail, all-mountain, and enduro bikes.

A key upgrade is the integrated Schrader valve beneath the saddle clamp, allowing air pressure and thus extension speed to be individually adjusted. This enables the seatpost to be perfectly tuned to riding style and application. Regardless of riding style or body position, the seatpost smoothly lowers to the desired position with 37% less effort compared to the previous version.

Thanks to the new Self-Purging System, the seatpost can regenerate itself if air and oil mix. If the seatpost feels soft or spongy, simply move it manually through its travel several times to restore full function—no tools or disassembly required. Maintenance has also been significantly simplified: the new screwed seal head allows for faster and easier service work.

With its optimized design featuring a shortened mast and more compact actuator, the Rage-i 2.0 also offers an improved drop-to-length ratio. This means more travel at the same overall length and better compatibility with modern frame geometries.
