Classic: Hot Brew
Intense espresso and hot brewed coffee: the ENA 5 prepares both classics excellently. To perfectly highlight the nuanced profile of the espresso, it uses the Pulse Extraction Process P.E.P.®. This optimizes the extraction time and releases more aroma compounds from the freshly ground beans: for an espresso of outstanding barista quality. The coffee gets its excellent and characteristic note in the standard brewing process. Both specialties can be easily adjusted to your individual taste preferences.

With a Special Touch: Cold Brew
The ENA 5 also opens up the trendy world of cold-extracted coffee specialties. Thanks to the Cold Extraction Process, it prepares Cold Brew at the touch of a button. During the fully automatic cold extraction, cold water flows through the freshly ground coffee; in a slow rhythm, pulsating and true to the espresso method under high pressure. JURA presents a novelty with the Light Extraction Process and embodies it in the ENA 5. Light Brew is brewed at about 60 °C and prepared with less coffee than the classic Hot Brew.
