Buy liquid fuel paste for fondue or chafing dish rechaud at a low price. The fuel paste is made from (bio) ethanol alcohol, mixed with water and a thickening agent to make it solid or gel-like. All Hendi fuel pastes are so bitter that they cannot be swallowed. For this reason, we add a small portion of Bitrix (bittering agent). To achieve the best results when heating chafing dishes, etc., we recommend using fuel pastes in special fuel paste containers. Hendi offers fuel pastes in various commercially available types. All of them have approximately the same burning capacity. However, it should be noted that this depends on the set flame size, which in turn depends on how far the lid of the fuel paste container is opened. For a short, intense burning duration (about 2 hours), we recommend the fuel paste "Blaze". For a long burning duration (at least 3 hours), we recommend the "Hendi fuel paste". Both are soot-free and odorless. Fuel pastes must always be used in specially designated fuel paste containers. These containers can heat up very quickly, posing a risk of burns! Always read the operating instructions before using the product. Ensure that there are no open flames or hot objects nearby when working with the burning gel. The gas above the fuel paste escapes very quickly when opened and can ignite. Make sure that no water (including condensation) or other liquids come into contact with the fuel paste. This can cause dangerous splattering. Only ignite the paste once you have placed it in the fuel paste holder and positioned it in the correct, safe location. Be aware that the color of the flame is primarily blue and may be difficult to see in daylight. Extinguishing the flame should only be done by closing the can, not by blowing on it. Refilling the fuel paste: Always ensure that the fuel pastes and/or their containers are completely cooled down. Only then can you remove the containers to refill them. Storage: Always store the fuel paste in a closed container, in a dark, ventilated place, below 20°C. For storing larger quantities, please read the instructions and observe the local safety regulations and laws. If the above instructions are followed, the fire risk is minimal. In case of a small fire: Use a fire blanket (or alternatively a large, damp cloth) to smother the fire. This will prevent the supply of oxygen and the fire will go out. In case of a fire on clothing/body: Use a fire blanket or a powder/CO2 fire extinguisher. Never attempt to extinguish the fire with a small towel, as this would only spread the fuel and flames! After extinguishing the fire, keep the body cool for 15 minutes until medical help arrives. Leave the clothing in place. Seek medical assistance. Canister 5 liters.
