The 7205 sensor contains a combined temperature and humidity sensor. Both parameters are measured and evaluated simultaneously. The hybrid sensor is quickly and conveniently commissioned and automatically recognized. No further settings are required. Instead of a permanently attached cable, an RJ45 socket is integrated. This allows the combined sensor to be connected with a shielded RJ45 cable up to 40 m in length. Often, already installed cables can be used for this purpose.

The sensor allows real-time monitoring of ambient temperature and humidity. Thanks to the maximum cable length of 40 m, it can be placed at the optimal location within the infrastructure. Operationally critical overheating or humidity in IT or AV environments can thus be detected early before costly failures occur. Automatic alarms when sensor threshold values are undercut or exceeded enable the user to intervene proactively and prevent serious escalations.
