Explodino is a guessing game for children and parents, suitable for ages 6 and up and for 2 to 6 players. The game consists of 48 dino cards to guess, a glossary card with the names of all the creatures featured in the game, a game board card, and a pawn. Each dino card contains information about a prehistoric creature: 3 keywords - 3 clues of decreasing difficulty - information about the creature's weight, length, and prehistoric era - and an unusual fact about the prehistoric creature. Players take turns guessing the name of the creature on the card their opponent has drawn. Before guessing begins, the opponent gives the guesser 3 “keywords.” Then, the player is allowed to ask up to 7 questions to identify the name of the prehistoric creature. To keep track of how many questions remain, the player uses the board and moves forward one space for each question asked. The player wins the card if they successfully guess the name of the historical creature. The winner is the player who collects the most cards. The number of cards to be won varies depending on the number of players in the game.
