The FUJINON XF90mm delivers ultra-sharp images with beautiful bokeh even at maximum aperture. The optical construction consists of eleven elements in eight groups (including three ED glass elements) that reduce chromatic aberrations.
Thanks to the seven rounded aperture blades that create a nearly circular aperture, an excellent blur effect (bokeh) can be achieved.
Despite its high light intensity and a telephoto focal length of 137mm (equivalent to full-frame), the FUJINON XF90mm is both compact and lightweight (540 grams) and offers versatile applications with a minimum focusing distance of 60cm.
A newly developed quad-linear motor ensures fast and precise autofocus (0.14 seconds*). A linear motor is fast, quiet, and accurate. Four magnets are used here for higher torque. The XF90mm is suitable for various shooting situations due to its high-speed autofocus, allowing photographers to quickly respond to changes in a person's facial expression.
The lens is also sealed at seven points, making it both splash and dust resistant, as well as resistant to temperatures down to minus ten degrees.
