Extrema Ratio Knife ANT Black
The Extrema Ratio ANT Black is the smallest folding knife from the brand, yet it impresses with remarkable stability and durability. The 50 mm long sheep-foot blade is made of Böhler N690 steel, hardened to about 58 HRC – a balanced ratio of edge retention and toughness.
The handle consists of two parts: one side made of anodized anticorodal aluminum, and the other side made of hardened steel, which serves as both the frame and blade lock (Frame Lock). A part of the steel frame is bent inward, ensuring that the blade is securely fixed in the open position.
For transport, a steel clip is attached to the handle side, allowing the knife to be discreetly carried in a pocket. Additionally, there is an opening on the blade's spine for a lanyard. The compact overall length of 127 mm and a weight of only 42 g make the knife very inconspicuous yet functional.
The ANT Black is ideal for EDC (Every Day Carry) use, tactical applications, or as a reliable backup knife. Thanks to its high-quality materials and clear, functional design, it represents robustness, precision, and Italian craftsmanship.
