Print Ribbons

This process, also known as direct card printing, involves printing the cards by heating the various fields of the ribbons with a print head.

• The 3 primary colors (Yellow, Magenta, and Cyan) of the fields are applied sequentially to the substrate in dye-sublimation printing. This allows for a resolution of 300 dpi and guarantees a professional result.
• To achieve perfect readability of texts and barcodes, these are printed using thermal transfer with a black field.
• Subsequently, the printed card is sealed with a protective coating, ensuring high image quality and optimal protection for cards that can be used for up to 3 years.
