Introducing: the wireless gaming mouse XM2w 4k v2 - the upgrade to our highly anticipated wireless high-end XM series. Retaining the iconic claw-grip shape, this powerhouse features a range of internal improvements, including our custom PixArt PAW3950 🦚 sensor and a dust-protected Kailh encoder for enhanced reliability.
Powered by the Nordic nRF52840 MCU and paired with a high-polling-rate dongle, this mouse delivers unparalleled wireless performance up to 4000 Hz. Experience crisp and satisfying clicks with our custom, pre-sorted Kailh GX SPDT switches for the main buttons as well as the custom Kailh GM 2.0 switches for the middle and side buttons.
Designed for CompetitionBuilding on the essence of the famous XM claw-grip shape, the internals of the XM2 have been carefully redesigned to achieve a weight of approximately 62 g—while maintaining a robust, perforated shell design. The XM2w 4k v2 is the brainchild of esports veterans and has been meticulously tailored to meet the demanding needs of competitive gaming. It combines our custom PixArt PAW3950 🦚 sensor, the wireless Nordic nRF52840 MCU, and Endgame Gear’s exclusive Kailh GX SPDT switches with GX mode compatibility. For effortless customization, the mouse is supported by a fast 2.3 MB configuration tool that requires no installation and can be run directly from a USB stick—an ideal companion for LAN events, tournaments, or spontaneous setups.
Wireless Polling Rate up to 4000 Hz
To achieve the best possible performance, the XM2w 4k v2 is powered by Nordic’s wireless MCU nRF52840. The 4k dongle uses a Nordic nRF52820 to ensure stable and reliable wireless data transmission. Additionally, the dongle features a Nuvoton M483 MCU for high-speed USB connectivity, enabling high wireless polling rates of up to 4000 Hz for incredibly low sensor and click latency. The 4k dongle is included with the mouse, providing optimal performance right out of the box.
Industry-Leading LatencyThe XM2w 4k v2 sets new standards in wireless performance, boasting an average click latency under 310 microseconds*. Thanks to a constant 4000 Hz polling rate for clicks, you enjoy extremely low click latency at all available sensor polling rates. The GX-Speed mode further reduces click latency by about 1 ms. This exceptional responsiveness guarantees every click is registered instantly, giving you an edge in critical game moments and helping you win decisive duels. But that’s not all. We have optimized movement latency to an average of under 400 microseconds**, delivering unmatched responsiveness. Initial movement latency from a standstill remains consistently fast across all polling rate options, further strengthening your in-game advantage.

The mechanical Kailh GX switches are engineered for lightning-fast precision at all polling rates, ensuring you never miss a crucial click. Their SPDT configuration provides optimal electrical contact and unmatched reliability. With contacts both on top and bottom, the Kailh GX switches excel whether you prefer low click latency in GX-Speed mode or safety in GX-Safe mode. What sets them apart is their crisp, well-defined click feel, offering tactile feedback for enhanced game control. Precise actuation and balanced design enable flawless, spam-friendly rapid-fire actions.
Performance Comes FirstWe designed our wireless technology to prioritize performance above all else. By operating the sensor in permanent "Corded Mode" and having the Nordic 58240 MCU perform only minimal power-saving measures, we ensure unmatched responsiveness for your gaming experience. To balance high performance with long battery life, the sensor defaults to power-saving mode after 1 minute of inactivity and deep sleep mode after 3 minutes. Users can easily customize these settings to their gaming preferences and can fully disable both power-saving and deep-sleep modes. With default settings, the XM2w 4k v2 offers approximately 30 hours of uninterrupted gaming at a 4000 Hz polling rate, enabling gamers to play continuously at peak performance. With the new 1000 Hz power-saving mode, battery life extends to 54 hours of uninterrupted gaming.
Hybrid Glide-Foot Design
The XM2w 4k v2 comes with two sets of PTFE glide feet (large and small) plus a sensor glide foot. Thanks to a hybrid design of the underside, both large and small feet can be easily mounted, with the smaller feet attached by default. The larger surface area offers additional flexibility in customizing the glide behavior of the XM2w 4k v2 and reusing previously purchased feet. The sensor glide foot is optional but recommended on softer surfaces. Thanks to improved adhesive on the v2 models, the feet can now be quickly and residue-free removed every time.
