Race by day and risk it all by night in Need for SpeedTM Heat, a high-drama racing experience where you must battle corrupt police on your way to the top of the street racing scene.

During the day, take part in the Speedhunter Showdown, a tolerated competition where you rake in dough to customize and pimp your collection of high-performance sports cars. Once your car is perfectly styled and tuned to the max, you can kick it up a notch and join your crew in illegal street races at night to improve your reputation, unlock hotter races and get better parts.

However, under the cover of night, there's also a corrupt police squad out to bust you and skim your cash. Challenge them and risk everything for your underground glory, or head back to your lair and start a new exciting day.
