The Crankbrothers Mallet BOA click shoe cuts a fine figure both on the race track and in the bike park. The innovative Match system optimizes engagement for any MTB click system, be it Crankbrothers or SPD. The shoe comes pre-assembled with Match Shim and Crankbrothers cleat in neutral position so that it can be ridden immediately with Crankbrothers pedals.

Match Box
The beveled Match Cleat Box allows easy access to the pedals at the front and rear and prevents mud from getting in. An extra stiff carbon fiber shaft transfers power efficiently when climbing or sprinting.

Match Compound
The medium-friction rubber compound (MC1) allows easy entry and exit from the pedals and is hard enough to withstand wear and tear. The radial cleat pattern around the cleat ensures smooth release of the pedal body.

Match outsole
Tread pattern is designed for off-bike traction. Directionally angled and spaced toe and heel lugs provide traction when climbing and descending steep terrain. The beveled toe section ensures surefootedness on steep terrain.

Closure system
The BOA® Fit System offers a micro-adjustable precision fit designed for the toughest conditions.

The Crankbrothers shoes have a synthetic upper with high-quality materials for breathability, protection and comfort. Perforated materials and mesh windows provide ventilation to keep feet cool in hot weather and dry quickly in wet conditions. Reinforced TPU in the toe area offers protection against stone chips and impacts.
