DURACORE is the sustainable recycled material from Continenta. The high-strength wood-paper fiber combines all the good properties: extremely resilient, heat-resistant up to 180° C and dishwasher safe, at the same time gentle on knives and particularly hygienic. It is the perfect material for a cutting board. Wipe off light dirt with a damp cloth. For more intensive cleaning by hand, use warm water and detergent or put it in the dishwasher. Then allow to dry completely standing up. Visible cut marks can be visually softened by oiling. We recommend CONTINENTA Wood Balm for this purpose. If necessary - if the surface appears rough and dull - carefully smooth it with fine-grained sandpaper. Then thoroughly remove the sanding residue. Then oil the clean and completely dry cutting board evenly. We recommend CONTINENTA Wood Balm for this purpose. Allow the cutting board to dry standing overnight. Wipe off any excess oil with a kitchen towel.
