The MILLESIME240DB maturing wine cellar can store up to 237 bottles of wine and at the same time reproduces the storage conditions of a natural wine cellar. This allows the wine to mature safely to its peak under optimum conditions.

Safe ageing :
The MILLESIME240DB features a triple-glazed door with Low-E glass, which ensures high-performance insulation, and a lock. These humidors are equipped with a remote control system that sends notifications to a smartphone or tablet when the temperature changes, the carbon filter needs to be replaced or the door has been left open.

Temperature control :
This humidor has a system with two temperature zones, making it suitable for both storing and tempering wines. The upper zone of the MILLESIME240DB wine cellar offers an operating range from 5°C to 12°C, while the lower zone can be operated from 12°C to 20°C. The advantage of different temperature zones is that you can store different types of wine at different temperatures to keep them in optimum conditions. Red wines, for example, should be stored at a slightly higher temperature than white wines and sparkling wines in order to preserve their aromas and quality.
