Chamberlain 780EV 433 MHz radio code lock

A radio code lock for motorized garage door openers not only makes the daily "opening and closing" of garage doors easier, but also serves as a reliable security key. The four-digit PIN code is used to conveniently activate the motorized garage door opener system and is only available to those who receive the access code. This means that other selected people can also gain access via a temporary PIN, even if no one is at home at the time. Hours of waiting for parcels, tradesmen or friends who want to put out the drinks for the next barbecue are a thing of the past. Even when the children arrive home, access is easier and more secure with a radio code lock than with a hand-held transmitter, which is easy to lose. You can easily change the PIN code at regular intervals so that nobody can gain unauthorized access to your garage or house.

Personal password: Up to 10,000 combinations possible. Password can be easily changed if required.
Temporary access code: Can be set for visitors and employees. The validity of this temporary access code can be limited by setting the permitted number of hours or openings.

Rolling code procedure:

The hand-held transmitter works with an alternating code procedure, which makes the coding highly secure. The radio signal varies according to a specific rule (algorithm). The transmitter range is approx. 35 m and can even be operated from inside the vehicle. In poor weather conditions such as rain or snow, the transmitter range may be impaired. Steel, concrete, walls or trees can also limit the transmission range of a radio transmitter or garage door opener.
