The unique blend of horror and action makes Resident Evil 6 an epic horror experience. Resident Evil veterans Leon S. Kennedy, Chris Redfield and Ada Wong make a spectacular return, welcoming fresh faces like Jake Muller to the ranks of bioterror fighters. All help is needed as the frighteningly potent C-virus causes horrific mutations around the world - from North America to the fictional Eastern European state of Edonia to the (equally fictional) Chinese city of Lanshiang.

The game features not one, but four extensive campaigns, all of which are intertwined and can be played in any order either alone or with a friend in co-op mode, locally or online. This not only allows for different perspectives of special situations, but also presents very different play styles for up to four players in some cases. Ada Wong, the legendary femme fatale of the Resident Evil series, has her very own campaign full of intrigue and infiltration, with unique missions and weapons.

This is available from the beginning, but since it always crosses the others at crucial points, it is highly recommended to save this treat for the very end. The new release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One includes all of Resident Evil 6's available expansions - such as Siege Mode, Predator Mode, Survivor Mode, Onslaught Mode, additional levels for "The Mercenaries" mode, and all other add-on content.
