A clean, clear solution for fresh, delicious cake creations! The edge film is 160 µm thick and therefore particularly dimensionally stable. Enables easier removal of the cake ring and extra smooth cake edges. Also suitable for spreading tempered chocolate coating. Do NOT use for baking.
